President
- Have a clear vision for the AAS and be able to communicate it
- Leading the AAS board, tracking the success of the board, helping in solving problems
- Represent on international level
- Bring energy, initiatives, ideas for discussion
- Praise what works and fix what does not
- Manage the relationship to AAE and other NAAs
- Be informed about AAS activities and their financial implications.
- Attend regular board calls, planning meeting, Brave and Dare
- Attend ERAC & StepUp – at least online functional working sessions if offered
- Collect and share best practices within Europe NAAs
Finance
- Develop and oversee the annual budget for AAS in collaboration with the other board members.
- Monitor the financial performance of AAS on regular basis and report to the board on financial status, cash flow, and budget variances.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of fee share agreements.
- Be informed about AAS activities and their financial implications.
- Offer advice and guidance to the other board members on finance-related matters.
- Manage AAS’s bank account and process reimbursements for expenses.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure their confidentiality.

Legislation
- Ensure compliance of Statutes with all regulations and laws
- Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations
- Organise General Assembly of AAS

- Collect and share best practices within Europe NAAs
Communication
- Create Communication Strategy
- Management of Social Media channels & website
- Run communication campaigns
- Management of email
- Gatekeeper for outside AAS communication
- Marketing Materials
- Collect input from board for publication
- Creating design manual for AAS aligned with international design
- Attend regular board calls, planning meeting, Brave and Dare

Human Resources
- Develop sets of membership benefits
- Develop strategy to search and recruit new talent for events, board
- Design application process for management team and board
- Take care of onboarding and teambuilding activities
- Develop Rewards&Recognition plan
- Support mentoring efforts
- Cooperate with VP Communication on membership strategy
- Keep tracking of young / fullmembers
- Maintenance and further development of alumni database
- Respo for OCP of Alumni Convenium
