AIESEC Alumni Mentoring Program
Dear Alumni,
AIESEC Alumni Slovakia is thrilled to invite you to join the 5th edition of the International AIESEC Alumni Mentoring Program, hosted in cooperation with AIESEC Alumni communities from Belgium, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Romania, together with AIESEC Alumni Europe, and alongside Kingmakers— an AIESEC alumni company dedicated to designing transformative development programs for organizations, teams, and leaders!
This program is here to support young professionals in the early stages of their careers by connecting them with experienced mentors (5+ years of expertise in specific fields) who can help them reach their professional goals over a half-year mentorship journey. Common AIESEC background and values facilitate quick building of trust which is a solid fundamental for an impactful mentoring experience!
Join us to connect with like-minded alumni, share your expertise, and be part of a rewarding journey that elevates both mentees and mentors on their professional paths!
Important Information Summary
Mandatory Training Dates: Please note that attendance is required for the following sessions to proceed to the matching stage:
• Mentor Training: 18th November, 5:30–8:00 pm CET
• Mentee Training: 19th November, 5:30–8:00 pm CET
Make sure to consider these dates and times when applying, as completing the training is essential for moving forward in the program.

| Can I join? | – You’re a former AIESEC member. – You have 5+ years of experience and successes in the specific industry. – You want to build leadership competencies for talent development as a professional Mentor. – You can devote time to trainings (8 hrs) and meetings with your Mentee (once every 3 weeks). – You are (or wish to become) a formal member of your national AIESEC Alumni Association (join us HERE). – You’re not a coach or mentor by profession. | – You’re a former AIESEC member. – You’ve graduated from university. – You know your development goals. – You can devote time to trainings (8 hrs) and meetings with your Mentee (once every 3 weeks). – You are (or wish to become) a formal member of your national AIESEC Alumni Association (join us HERE). |
